Brief Introduction of flow process:

Put two rolls of 60mm width non-woven fabrics sheet into the feeding roller. The upper and lower sheets are automatic folding and pattern welding from the sides toward the middle through forming mold to form two separate non-woven straps. The welded straps are fed into locating manipulator to hold and locate through rear feeding motor, next move the set distance (the length of the straps) by strap locating manipulator, then cut the upper and lower straps at the same time by cutting knife, rotate the upper and lower automatically through the four-point rotary mold and send them into the month of the formed non-woven bags, finally weld the four welding spots of two straps at the same time by two ultrasonic of upper and lower.

One completed bag has been finished after welding. All the processes are controlled automatically by PLC, touch screen and auxiliary button, with the characteristics of easy operation, efficient production of bag and good quality.
